Lovely white Victorian “walking skirt” or petticoat of sheer, light cotton (see closeup photo of fabric). About 40” long, and about 2 “ longer in back. The one-inch waist band holds extensive fullness, particularly at the back. A 2” double ruffle lines the bottom, and 5 sets of multiple vertical pin tucks line the front. Slight light brown stains are pictured.
