This stunning By Flobert dress is so vibrant with the colors and the black velvet ribbon. The bodice is made of velvet and the bottom half is wool with a lining. There are a few tiny moth holes on the back side. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. It will need a good cleaning too.
This is a fabulous, classic piece–another 90s dress that took inspiration from the Golden Age of Hollywood. This dress is amazingly soft, flexible and easy to wear, but looks as glamorous as anything stiff and formal, and the silver sequins pop like stars at midnight.

Late 1960s silver lurex and black flocked velvet two piece set. Cropped vest with deep curved front opening and single hook closure. Matching high waist skirt with side zipper and hook/snap waistband closure.
Jacket is sheer and flocked with opaque crushed velvet. Button down front. Collared neckline. Crushed velvet 2 piece set with matching dress & jacket. Dress pulls on and has slight stretch to fabric.
Bust 30 (does not have stretch). Small amount of deodorant residue on inside lining as shown, otherwise in excellent preowned condition.
