This is a vintage 1980’s red dress by Timely II. It has a red and black zig zag pattern with cap sleeves and a black pencil skirt. There are loops for a belt. Some wear on stitches. Measured laying flat: Pit to pit – 16” Waist – 13.5” Top to bottom – 41” Sold as is.
