It has a 60s/70s Mary Tyler Moore, business, secretary, librarian style look in a silky soft material with cloth covered buttons. This item has been steamed, but not laundered. I got this blouse from the closet at an estate sale. It smells like grandma’s avon. There are no noticeable stains or excessive wear.
