Please see all measurements shown in listing Dress is in original condition Preserved with care in box and will be mailed with original box House of Bianchi was a famous name in bridal and formal wear that started back in 1949 in Boston and Medford, Massachusetts, by the family of its namesake. Its designs were sold by bridal shops nationwide until 2001, when it suddenly closed its doors without fulfilling its commitments to orders being processed at the time. The sudden collapse of the venerable company has been blamed on a change in management and on financial difficulties.
Vintage the house of Bianchi wedding dress. Worn in 1987 and cleaned and preserved since it was worn. Really good condition. Has a stain down the front that is faint and probably will be able to be removed by a professional cleaning. Veil is in great shape as well. Netting has a short piece to go over the bride’s face prior to the ceremony. The style in the 1980s! Longer veil goes down the back. Picture of original ad which led to dress purchase. Veil has no label and probably is not the house of Bianchi.
