Vintage Brooks & Dunn by Panhandle Slim button-up shirt. Women’s size medium Red, white, and blue star pattern. There is no tag that provides fabric information but it is some type of cotton blend. Does not wrinkle the way 100% cotton does. There are a few small stains that I tried to highlight in the photos. No tears or snags that I can find and all buttons are in tact.
