Vintage 1960s hostess dress by Puritan’s Forever Young collection. Long sleeve A-Line maxi dress has solid navy blue top with a notched neckline and a colorful geometric and floral print maxi skirt. Dress is in great condition but does have a few spots on back near zipper (see last photo) and has a very (very) faint vintage smell. No holes or noticeable flaws. Vintage size 14 P tag but fits like a modern medium. 20” ptp 17” waist 23” hips 54” long
