This charming 1970s maxi dress was union made in the USA. it has an off-the-shoulder Bardot neckline accented with a dramatic, wide horizontal ruffle flounce. the floor-length, A-line silhouette is detailed with a thin, self-tie belt and a subtle tiered flounce hemline.
Clean with no odors. No major flaws noted. Collar does not have a hook closure; one could be added if desired. Presents well overall. Shoulder: 15”. Lightweight fabric with a smooth, slightly crepe-like feel.
