The elastic in the petticoat is 28-34″ waist. Petticoat is full and 100% nylon. Shade is a beautiful burgundy. A little darker than the pictures. Excellent vintage condition except where new elastic was run. Please use pictures for the best description. The tag on the petticoat is Sam’s. The pettipants are missing the tag. Found at a resale store. They are really cute but the elastic waist is stretched out see measurements. If you are handy you could fix. Blue is not a deep navy
