Coat is very heavy, solidly constructed and the unique button hook & snap closures are all in working order. Included is a matching piece but I am unaware as to what is its purpose. Due to its estimated age, there is expected minimal signs of wear.
There was a repair done under the collar behind (barely noticeable.). Beauyiful ornate button at collar and hook loop closures down the front. Large cuffs and collar.

This is a wonderful black wool and Persian lamb swing jacket from the 1930’s or early 1940’s. It features lamb on the collar, and bands on the dramatic lantern sleeves. The buttons are Persian lamb, too.

I’m not sure but I believe the collar is fox- it’s very fluffy, not quite as soft as rabbit.
