Rare find. It is high waisted and has original buttons. All stitching is original and shows no wear. The length from top to bottom is 38″ which gives it a nice flow with the ruffle and wrap. The fabric is a seersucker gingham and patchwork design.

Beautiful lace detail inside skirt. Hook & clasp closure with zipper on front. Zipper works great. Pockets in skirt. Vest has front pockets and has wood buttons. There is a tiny piece of paper stapled inside each piece. This is a great retro outfit.
