I would say elastic is in good shape for age. I only chose the ones that still had life in them. I always leave deep cleaning to new owner. You be the judge. Zoom in on pics. T his is sold as is.

As noted in the subject, the dress is 100% silk (although the lining is rayon), sequined and beaded throughout, and since it is from the 80s, it has those ubiquitous shoulder pads. Because I had to clip the skirt, I’m not sure if the slant is supposed to match the hem of the top or if it’s supposed to be slanted the opposite way.
