It is in perfect condition and is such an iconic look for the 80’s through the 90’s periods. The black and white polka dot area is made of pleated satin, as is the bow at front. The skirt portion is black jersey-like material that has a little stretch.

Bust is open, width at sides is about 21 in, estimated fit small to medium. No stains, some fade, and some of the stitching at the hems has come out but it’s not a problem, barely detectable.
