The skirt fabric appears to be barkcloth or cotton barkcloth (see photos for texture detail); bodice fabric differs and appears to be polyester or similar synthetic blend. A few light marks in the skirt which are visually hidden by the strong pattern.

It has a high rounded neckline decorated with rhinestones. The long sleeves have more rhinestones on the cuffs. No fabric label but the washing instructions says to machine or hand wash and either tumble dry or hang to dry.
