The dress has annelegant basque waist, sleeveless design. And higher cut scoop neck. The skirt has a bubble like style to the top, with netting attached underneath.
Skirt length 37”. A couple of small stains on the lining itself, close to the hemline. Sold as-is. Bodice length 12”.
