This 2 piece Jaeger Skirt Set is in very good condition. The fabric is woven polyester. My mannequin wears a 6, and this would not button, so the skirt is similar to a modern size 4, and the top is close to a modern size 6.
The dress is unstructured and has dolman sleeves. The shoulders are embellished with black plastic buttons. The label reads, “Jaeger, London, Paris, New York, 100% Wool, Made in Great Britain.”. A nylon zipper closes the back.
Back Length (From shoulder to the bottom hem of the jacket) 32”. Sleeve Length 21”. NO LOOSE STITCHING.
This sexy top belonged to my mother. She was a perfect size 6 and the model is also a size six. However, it is not a fitted top so I think it would comfortably fit a size 8 or even 10. She most likely bought it on one of her annual trips to London in the 80s. It is very versatile and perfect for evening wear. The round neck has a single button closure and opens below the closure. The short sleeve is split. The elastic waist has a very short peplum underneath. It measures 20” unstretched and could go to 28”. The belt / scarf is the same fabric and design. It measures 61 x 8. The top is 100% viscose and should be dry cleaned. It is odor free and comes from a pet and smoke free home.
It is made of a bold print, silk fabric. There are 2 pockets at the front bottom.

This is a soft wool uk size 12 vintage 1980s Jaeger skirt with a lining in gray and cream windowpane plaid. The measurements are part of the pictures- the waist is 28” around, 14” across flat. The loop that the closure hook goes into is gone, but the zipper works well. The pictures are part of the description. I loved this skirt! It’s great for wearing to work with cute boots.
