The legs are decorated with very pretty lace and a side button closure along the side. ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MEASUREMENTS ARE LAYING FLAT: They are approx. 13″ at the waist, 12.5″ from top to bottom; the legs flare out to approx. 12.5″ opening at the bottom & hips are 17″.
