This is a Vintage “Steppin’ Out” off shoulder short sleeve Dress, Size 5, in a black rayon floral print. The fabric feels like velveteen. It features top lining of 100% Acetate, scalloped top, inner shoulder straps, back zipper, short slit in the back, and it is in excellent condition with no flaws that I could find.
