This early-1940s Eisenberg Originals gown is made from unlined black rayon crepe with a large scalloped lace collar. It’s in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear. Length – 55.5″.
This is a black 1950 cotton sundress with bolero by Eisenberg. The dress is labeled an Eisenberg Original. The dress is in good condition for its age. There is some discoloration on a few of the floral appliqué and some discoloration on the straps of the dress due to age. The bolero is in great condition. Elegant 1940’s EISENBERG Originals Black rayon illusion cocktail dress. This is a lovely pencil sheath style dress with simple lines and wonderful details with the illusion cutout in the bodice and deep V cut back neck. It has a full metal zipper up the back. It is in good condition but does have a little iron sheen here and there.Measurements lying flat: Shoulders 15.5″, Bust 18″, Waist 14.5″, Hips 19″, Length 44″ . It has the flattering fit & flare silhouette, but shoulders are not padded. The shaping is done with princess seaming. I love the over sized collar and the elngoated bound teardrop pockets. I have seen this sharkskin effect before in taffetas but not wool gab!
