Antique black silk blouse that I believe is from the Edwardian era and was likely worn as mourning attire. Gorgeous details at the neckline. The sleeves fall at the elbow or just below. Buttons up the back.
Lovely camisole top is beautifully made the quality of the silk and the lace is very high. One of the little flower buds is shattering a bit.

Preowned used, the material has a scratch on back, and a small light stain on front, and a tiny pink stain on the back of sleeve. The ties are a bit dirty at ends. Vintage Downton Abbey Beaded Gown. This dress captures the rebellious, post-war jazz era favored by Lady Mary and Lady Edith. Like silhouette has a dropped waist, sleeveless cut and a completely tubular that hugs the body. This is heavily embellished with hand-sewn bugle beads, opalescent seed beads to form Art Deco patterns stocked onto sheer silk chiffon and tulle panels. The beads glisten and catches the light while dancing.
