This vintage outfit is an example of fine cutwork from Bali Emerald. The navy blue rayon fabric flows nicely, with a blouson top. The waist in the top and the skirt are both elasticized, giving some leeway in sizing. There is a 4″ tear in the back that would need to be sewn, but would be unnoticeable (see photo).
