This is a vintage 90s Evan-Picone Petites red cotton knit cardigan style sweater with rose designs, and 3 buttoned pockets. The sweater has some fading from previous wear and laundering. I would consider it to be medium to heavy weight, great for cool mornings and evenings. No defects observed other than the fading previously mentioned.
