Bolero has puff sleeves and is worn open. dress is made out of a black chiffon with a black light weight acetate taffeta attached under dress. the chiffon bodice is gathered on the sides and puffs out over the bust area.
Dress is a dark fuchsia color & is made of velvet. It has ruching down the front center bust, at the front right shoulder, & along the bottom seams of both sleeves. The front left shoulder previously had the ruching as well, but it looks like the seam has pulled & is no longer ruched.
