FEATURES: 1940s Vintage Evening Dress. Strong shoulders with pads, and a colorful crepe fabric that drapes beautifully. Whimsical print with paisley print and little castle scenes. A peplum along skirt waistline to create a flattering silhouette. No label or lining. SIZE: for best fit, refer to measurements below- bust 30-36″ (includes pleats that run down in front of the bodice sides… measured initially with the pleats in place, and then pulled to stretch the pleats and measured again) waist 24″ total length 45.5″ inches, (bodice length 17.5″ and skirt length 28″) sweep 180″ inches, middle upper back zip 6″ left side zip 11″ CONDITION: pre-owned vintage condition. This is true vintage, circa 1940s. Has not been cleaned, (dry cleaning is always recommended). NOTABLE ISSUES: A couple of tiny areas where they fabric is showing its age at the underarms ( beginning to lighten). Shoulder pads show wear (on the inside). A small area of underarm seam (approximately 3″) that had a hand stitched repair along the seam. Does not detract from the beauty of the dress. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
