STRUCTURALLY VERY SOUND. TOP BUTTON IS MISSING. THERE IS A 2 1/2″ LIGHT FADE SPOT ON THE BACK RIGHT BELOW THE WAIST AND ANOTHER LIGHT DFADED SPOT LOWER ON THE SKIRT IN THE BACK. SEE THE LAST 2 PICTURES.
I literally found a suitcase full of antique vintage women’s clothing. The notes on the pieces identify them as being from the 1920’s and 30’s. This was labelled as a pinafore. Royal blue with double white dots. Don’t know if this qualifies as dotted swiss or not. I don’t know if this is for a woman or a girl, so check the measurements, please. Across the chest from armpit to armpit is 14 1/2″. Side to side at the waist is approx. 13 1/2″. Side to side at the hip area is 15 1/2″. Shoulder to shoulder is 11″. Shoulder to hem is 34″. Waist area to hem is 20″. Large buttons up the back, tie goes from front to back , long enough for a bow. Two pockets in the front at the waist. Very very very good vintage condition. I can’t find any rips, tears, holes, or stains, but I might have missed something small.

You are viewing a Vintage Scott McClintock Dress Size 10, in black and gold metallic. The skirt is like velvet – made of 100% rayon, soft and flowing, with a smooth finish on the inside. The bodice is black with a gold metallic floral design, made of acetate & metallic, the top fully lined with 100% acetate. The pictures do not give the gold justice – it almost glows. There are short puffy sleeves; a keyhole opening in the back with 1 button at the top and then a zipper at the bottom of the opening. There are shoulder pads, and a slit in the center back bottom. It is dry clean only, made in the USA.
