I guess this is two sets? I did not open the tissue and fold out the stockings to see about the exact contents but there are two packages banded. Nothing on the box indicates the contents. So it could be two sets, or one leg in each band, or? two sets in each band. Or, it’s possible there were originally 3 packages? At least they have Runguard, Top and toe.
