No closures. Waistband is 3” wide. Under a jeweler’s loupe, the. eyelet details look hand stitched. This may have started off as white but it has aged to a light ecru or off-white. There are a few light discolorations, mostly small spots, here and there.
Good, used antique condition w/ flaws. The fabric feels like it is made of wool. It has pockets at the front of skirt. There are multiple whitish stains throughout skirt in various spots. There is a pulled seam at the back waist on the facing & a pulled seam at the lower right side seam.
